This is an 8 week online accountability group!!! Once you have joined, you will be sent a digital run training packet that includes multiple options for an 8 week training program. Training options include 3 options for a 5K, 2 for a 10K and 2 for a half-marathon. (we recommend completing a 5K before the 10k training and completing a 10K before starting the half-marathon training). There are no organized group runs, but may be an option throughout the 8 weeks as people are available. Running location options could include treadmill, outdoors, or an indoor track. You will also be added to a Facebook group for accountability and pointers/training tips throughout the 8 weeks.
