Plans can be placed on hold for $20 for a maximum of 3 months.
Your plan will automatically come off of a hold after the 3 months.
The $20 hold fee will be applied to your first payment upon returning from the hold.
We understand life happens, and you may not be able to stay with us.
Cancellations must be provided via form below or in writing to email@example.com 2 weeks prior to the next billing date. Failure to do so may result in card being charged on renewal date and we are unable to process refunds at this time.
Once your plan has been cancelled, you may need to pay an enrollment fee should you wish to join us in the future.
