Fit4Baby / Stroller Strides / Body Back Instructor
Kit has always enjoyed being active: from yoga, to lifting weights, to running races. This love of fitness and working out, led her to search for exercise programs while 8 months pregnant with her first child. When she stumbled upon the Fit4Mom's page, she began to count down the days until she could sign up for her first class! In January 2016, Kit joined the 8 week BodyBack session, and shortly after became a Stroller Strides regular. Instantly, she knew that she could cancel her gym membership and get in the work out she was looking for with her new mom friends.
Kit's love for working with people and passion for fitness led her to become a Body Back instructor in August 2016. It is her personal mission to make each woman she encounters to feel the love and support that they need, and often times will check in with past clients to catch up. Kit shares her own personal experiences with losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with all her clients, She continues to research and obtain further certifications in postnatal fitness.
Kit is a mother to Eleanor (2 years) and Henry (3 months)
