Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

BODY BACK Drop-In

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

FREE Family Run Club

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, FREE Run Club is for you and your family. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other families. Available summer months only!

We meet Sunday nights at 630pm near 12 S. Main St. Oswego, IL

We are thrilled to announce our newest baby (and by baby, we mean program). We sat down and brainstormed everything we had and didn't have as new moms, and that's where and when MamaWell was born. Whether this is baby #1 or #4, we created MamaWell to support pregnant mamas and their unique prenatal and postpartum journey. We created it to support YOU throughout every step (and growing baby bump) of the way. This online program includes 42 weeks of workouts, nutrition guidance, and birth preparation, plus 6 weeks of postpartum care, resources, lifetime access to our MamaWell community, and more.

Today, we're featuring our Body Back Instructor, Shay Brown. She's a mom to Grace (7), Addison (3) & wife to Derrick. Shay started out as a founding mama in our Oswego classes & found that she loved the camaraderie & competition that came with working out with others so much, she wanted to become an instructor! We adore Shay because strives to be the best example she can be for her family, clients & everyone else around her. Check out one of Shay’s classes in Shorewood on Tues/Thurs 8pm or Saturday morning at 7:30am (You can find our entire schedule at Oswego.fit4mom.com) We are so grateful Shay is part of our mamahood sisterhood! What is your favorite memories from instructing? I love all the new people I get to meet and how everyone gets through their journey in a different way but we all pick each other up and encourage one another to get to where we want to be. Hands down the relationships that I have timed and that have been formed between others in class. What is the BEST thing about being an instructor? Getting an hour to hang out with some awesome women. To me, being an instructor is not work. It is so much fun and just like I'm going to hang out with my friends when I go to teach. What is one of your current wellness goals? To be more balanced nutritionally and to plan my meals better! What is a fun fact that many may not know about you? I have had a small hand in coaching a couple of swimmers that have made it to the Olympics/Pan American Games/National Special Olympics. Anything else you'd like Our Village to know? I love everything about our village and just want everyone to experience the amazingness that is #FIT4MOM
