Each month we like to highlight our moms, both new members and those that have been part of our village for longer. We are so excited to start this fun tradition back up with this amazing mom of 3 (soon to be 4!) girls! You will see her in stroller and studio classes, both virtual and in person. She always comes to class with a smile on her face and ready to work. Introducing our July Mom of the Month....

Members of Your Family: Husband, Bill, and 3 daughters Maddie (13), Liz (5), and Abby (3), plus baby girl #4 will be joining the family at the end of August.
Current/Previous Career: I was a DoD Auditor with the Defense Contract Audit Agency for 14 years before deciding to stay home after Liz was born.
How did you find Fit4Mom? I saw a demo at the kids fun fair at Troy Middle School and then stopped at the booth to learn more. I attended my first class week.
What has Fit4Mom done for you (or meant to you)? Fit4Mom has been a much needed outlet for me to get out of the house, talk to other moms, and stay active. Working out regularly definitely helps with my stress levels and makes me a better mom. Plus my kids love playing with their friends after class.
What was your childhood ambition? To be an accountant.
What does motherhood mean to you? It means always being needed by someone and being the keeper of the schedules.
What is your favorite exercise? Wall sits.
What is your proudest moment? Passing the CPA exam on my first try, back when it was a two day, 16 hour paper and pencil exam.
What are three of your favorite things (besides your family)? reading, going to the zoo, and play dates where I can enjoy a conversation with a friend while the kids have fun together.
If we asked your partner what they think your best qualities are, what would they say? Organized and Caring
Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us? despite my super shy personality and fear of speaking in groups, I was actually a Quality Trainer for 3 yerars, traveling the Midwest and providing quality audit workpaper training to 8 offices in our region.
