How did you find Fit4Mom? Facebook promo for the first stroller strides class in Oswego, Ellie was 6 weeks and I was in desperation mode

What do you do for our FIT4MOM Oswego Village? Stroller Strides and Strides 360

Tell us your story about when, how, and why you became an instructor for FIT4MOM Oswego? After years of taking classes, my daycare job ended when COVID hit, and I was home with all 3 kids I knew I was more than ready to be an instructor! And I truly love teaching the classes and supporting our mamas!

What is your favorite exercise? It depends on the day! Love strength moves!

What is your proudest mommy moment? Oh man there are so many but seeing the kids caring for each other makes me so proud to know they have kind and loving hearts!

What are three of your favorite things (besides your family)? Coffee, chocolate, books

What advice would you give a new person about coming to a FIT4MOM Oswego class? That it is worth stepping out of your comfort zone for! Everyone worries that their kids will cry/not want to sit still but come anyway! Truly no judgement!

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us? I grew up campaigning for my grandpa who was a senator for the state of MI
