What do you do for our FIT4MOM Oswego Village? Zumba instructor

Tell us your story about when, how, and why you became an instructor for FIT4MOM Oswego? I started attending Stroller Strides with my 1 year old last year and LOVED it! I also taught Zumba virtually at that time and I inquired about teaching Zumba at F4M because I knew other mamas would enjoy it as much as I do!

What is your favorite exercise? I LOVE a great cardio Zumba class, but I also love strengthening my body in Body Ignite!

What is your proudest mommy moment? Introducing my kids to my love of musical theatre... and finally seeing them enjoy watching plays with me now that they are older!

What are three of your favorite things (besides your family)? Baking, visiting Hilton Head Island with family, and keeping up with my Bible Study group!

What advice would you give a new person about coming to a FIT4MOM Oswego class? Don't be intimidated... it is a welcoming space for any and all mamas! I always leave in a better mood than when I came :)

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us? I played the piano for 8 years and the oboe for 12 years!
